Operations Executive / Branch Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and workshop services. Manage inventory, stock control, POS accuracy, and ensure efficient storage and minimal wastage. Handle daily financial administration, including cash reconciliation, payroll coordination, and supplier payments. Lead and support the team through scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and hygiene standards. Ensure the café maintains high operational standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and an excellent guest experience. Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, attendance, and other key business metrics.
