Sales Supervisor

Al Sulaimaniyah Food Industries Company announces its need to hire a Sales Supervisor in Baghdad / Karkh side. Requirements: - Must be a resident of Karkh side. - Owns a private car. - At least 3 years of experience in supervising sales teams, preferably in Food and Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. - Strong skills in leadership, team management, and achieving sales targets. - Ability to follow up on the market, develop team performance, and prepare periodic reports. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Supervising the sales representatives team within the Rusafa area. - Following up on the implementation of sales plans and achieving monthly targets. - Developing customer relationships and increasing market coverage. - Monitoring product availability and implementing display standards in sales outlets. - Submitting periodic reports to management and proposing solutions to improve performance.
