Cattle Fattening Station Manager

The Agricultural City announces its need for a specialized field manager to manage and develop a large-capacity calf fattening station. Basic Requirements and Tasks: Experience: Not less than 5 years in managing calf fattening stations and farms (priority for direct field experience). Nutrition and Growth: Prepare and implement feeding programs, monitor growth rates and weights, and analyze results to reduce waste. Operational Management: Lead workers, distribute tasks, and document feed data, expenses, and periodic reports. Healthcare: Monitor health status, vaccination programs, and mortality rates in coordination with the veterinarian. General Conditions: Residence at the work site, seriousness and discipline, preferably from the residents of Najaf Governorate. Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary: Starts from 1,000,000 and reaches 3,000,000 Iraqi Dinars (to be determined based on experience and competence after the trial period).
