HR Recruitment Officer

Al-Salayel Company for General Trade and Food Services announces its need to hire an HR Recruitment Officer to join the team. Requirements: - At least two years of experience in Recruitment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. - Good knowledge of recruitment processes and conducting initial interviews. - The position is exclusively for males and for Iraqis only. Job Duties: - Posting job advertisements and attracting candidates. - Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews. - Coordinating interviews with different departments. - Following up on hiring procedures and preparing employee files. - Updating the candidate database and preparing recruitment reports. * The most qualified person will be contacted. Job Details: Salary: 900,000 Iraqi Dinars. Working Days: Saturday to Thursday. Working Hours: 8 hours daily. Meal provided. Professional work environment and development opportunities.
