Field Sales Representative

Royal Decor announces its need for a field sales representative to join the sales team. Nature of Work: The representative is responsible for searching for new clients, building relationships with shop owners, projects, and target entities, introducing Royal Decor's services and products, and converting opportunities into actual sales. Tasks and Responsibilities: Visiting shops, projects, and potential clients in the field. Searching for new opportunities and clients within targeted areas. Introducing Royal Decor's services and products professionally. Building good and sustainable relationships with clients. Following up with clients and opportunities after visits. Communicating market needs and feedback to management. Work System: The job is field-based and does not require adherence to fixed office hours. Work depends on visits, follow-up, and achieving the required results. Areas, objectives, and follow-up mechanisms will be determined in coordination with management. Requirements and Benefits: Preference will be given to applicants residing in Al-Mansour or nearby areas. Having private transportation is preferred. Possesses good communication and persuasion skills. Commitment to follow-up and achieving results.
