Supervisor

An office specializing in the trade of cosmetics and beauty products announces its need for employees to work as supervisors across all of Iraq (exclusively from Najaf Al-Ashraf) and representatives for the following governorates (Amara, Samawa, Nasiriyah, Basra). Required Tasks: • Managing and following up with the sales team. • Monitoring markets, pharmacies, and cosmetic stores. • Achieving sales targets and monitoring performance. • Training and guiding team members. • Preparing reports and monitoring market movement. Conditions: ✅ Minimum 4 years of sales experience. ✅ Ability to manage a team and work across governorates. ✅ Good communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Commitment and ability to work under pressure. ✅ Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred.
