Procurement & Logistics Specialist

Noor Al Nibras Company for Concentrated Perfume Trading announces its need to appoint a Procurement & Logistics Officer for China to join the supply chain team. Main Tasks: • Search for Chinese and European suppliers, evaluate them, negotiate, and compare quotations. • Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies. • Follow up on shipments from order issuance to final receipt. • Follow up on shipping documents and delivery status. • Prepare and update procurement and logistics records and reports. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply operations. Qualifications: • The position is exclusively for females. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics. • Good knowledge of shipping procedures, import, and logistics documents. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation. • Good level of English, written and spoken. • Strong skills in negotiation, organization, analysis, and problem-solving. Work Location: Baghdad – Bab Al Muazzam Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
