Talal Baghdad Company announces its need for an Account Manager to join its team, responsible for managing and following up on the real estate marketing team, ensuring workflow, and achieving marketing goals as required. Job Title: Account Manager – Real Estate Marketing Tasks and Responsibilities: • Manage and follow up on the marketing team and organize the team's daily tasks. • Distribute tasks and follow up on their implementation according to plans and timelines. • Coordinate between the marketing team, management, and other departments. • Monitor team performance and measure results and KPIs. • Follow up on marketing campaigns and projects and ensure their proper execution. • Manage communication with clients, partners, and relevant parties. • Prepare periodic reports on team performance, campaigns, and results. • Contribute to developing marketing plans and ideas and improving team performance.
