Branch Assistant Manager

Cinderella Restaurants chain announces the availability of a job vacancy for a Branch Assistant Manager. We are looking for a leader, organized, quick-decision maker with experience in managing work teams and operational processes within restaurants. Tasks and Responsibilities: Supervising employee performance and organizing work within the branch. Monitoring service quality, customer experience, and adherence to company standards. Tracking attendance, departures, and work discipline. Addressing daily operational issues and escalating cases requiring attention. Monitoring sales and operational performance and working to achieve set goals. Ensuring the application of safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. Training and guiding new employees and supporting team development. Preparing and submitting required operational reports to management. Requirements: Age from 28 - 36 maximum. Holding a preparatory certificate or above. Previous experience of no less than 2 years in the same required job title. High skills in organization, follow-up, and problem-solving. A leadership personality capable of managing the work team. Experience in food safety, inventory management, and sales monitoring. Work Details: Work Location: Baghdad Working Hours: 12 hours Leave: 4 days per month Meals: 3 free meals daily Accommodation: Accommodation is available for residents of dear governorates.
