Warehouse and Logistics Employee

Key Responsibilities: Follow up on inventory, quantities, and stocktaking. Coordinate the preparation of purchase lists and communicate with suppliers. Receive goods and match them with the purchase order/invoice. Issue sales invoices and delivery tickets for all order categories. Record entries in the system. Organize and archive invoices and documents, and conduct inventory. Follow up on shortages or damages upon receipt and process returns in the system. Verify received goods upon arrival and sold goods before order delivery. Monitor inventory movement. Track the most consumed items and report to the supervisor. Job Details: Department: Warehouse Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Location: Baghdad - Al-Karrada Al-Kharija - near Abu Afif Sweets.
