Showroom Manager

HR Standards announces the opening of recruitment for one of its clients, a company specializing in interior design, custom-made furniture, and integrated home solutions. Location: Baghdad - Karrada Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 Iraqi Dinar (determined based on experience and qualifications). Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth workflow. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team. • Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets. • Ensure excellent customer service and provide a professional customer experience. • Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. • Ensure products are displayed, organized, and presented correctly according to brand standards. • Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team as needed. Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of experience in showroom management, retail, sales, or a related field. • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. • Good understanding of sales processes and inventory management. • Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve issues effectively. • Good computer skills; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. • Strong preference for experience in furniture, interior design, home solutions, or a related field.
