Marsal Zayouna Company announces its need for saleswomen to join its team in Zayouna – Baghdad. Tasks and Responsibilities: Search for new clients, attract them, and build strong working relationships with them. Follow up with current and potential clients and maintain continuous communication. Understand client needs in shipping and logistics and provide appropriate solutions. Market and sell international shipping services, local delivery, and logistics. Offer suitable proposals and services based on each client's needs. Follow up on client requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service delivery. Track shipments and service requests and respond to client inquiries. Handle and follow up on client issues professionally. Maintain long-term client relationships and increase retention rates. Requirements: Applicant must be female. Previous experience in sales, customer service, shipping, logistics, or business development is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Good customer handling and follow-up skills. Proficiency in English. Confident, active, and initiative-taking personality. Ability to understand and explain shipping and logistics services to clients. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
