Market Operations Officer

Al-Wadq Al-Thahabi Company announces its need to hire employees with the title Market Operations Officer – Market Survey and Operations Officer, to join the Operations department. Work Location: Baghdad – Jamila Nature of Work: Primarily field work, within plans and field tours covering Baghdad areas. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct continuous field tours within the responsible area. • Survey and update data of current points of sale. • Search for new points of sale and shops suitable for introducing company products. • Evaluate shops and locations in terms of location, traffic volume, customer nature, and sales potential. • Collect data and information of new points of sale and submit it to management. • Identify areas with new expansion opportunities. • Follow up on the status of points of sale and ensure their continued effectiveness. • Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding new points and opportunities. • Prepare periodic reports on the results of field surveys and discovered opportunities. • Execute field tasks according to management plans and directives. Requirements: • Possession of a personal means of transportation is a prerequisite for work. • Previous experience in field work, sales, or product distribution is an advantage. • Good knowledge of Al-Rusafa or Al-Karkh areas depending on the responsible area. • Ability to move and travel continuously within the area. • Good communication and information gathering skills. • Ability to work independently and tolerate the nature of field work. • Commitment to deadlines, submitting reports, and continuous follow-up. Salary and Benefits: • A monthly salary of 650,000 Iraqi Dinars, depending on experience. • Fuel allowance in addition to the salary. • Field work within the employee's designated area.
