Rose Vase store announces its need for a Sales and Customer Service Employee for reservations and messages, located in Al-Mansour. Job Responsibilities: - Respond to messages (Instagram – WhatsApp – Messenger) - Receive reservations and accurately record orders. - Provide suitable suggestions and increase order value (Upselling). - Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients. - Achieve actual sales, not just respond to messages. Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service. - Excellent communication skills. - Politeness and good customer interaction. - Ability to achieve real sales results. - Proficiency in using social media. - Commitment to work hours and responsibility.
