Job Description
Top Organic Restaurants announces its need for an HR Specialist to join the team.
Requirements:
• Actual experience in HR for restaurants or the hospitality sector – a prerequisite.
• Experience in recruitment and employee affairs management.
• Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
• Experience with fingerprint and attendance systems.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Accuracy, commitment, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to deal with a large number of employees and multiple departments.
📍 Work Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
💰 Salary: From 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 IQD
🧡 Priority will be given to those with real HR experience within restaurants.
