Job Description
Taj Group is seeking a qualified and motivated FLM to join our DM team.
Position: First line sales manager (Team Leader)
Location:
- Baghdad (1 position)
- Middle Euphrates (1 position)
Employment Type: Part-time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in DM and cardio lines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.
- Pharmacist (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations and field activities.
- Coordinate with medical representatives and office staff.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate with management.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to team development.
