Customer Service Employee (Call Center)

Al Jawadin Group announces its need for a Customer Service Employee to work in the Tire and Battery Service Center. Location: Baghdad – Al-Khadra neighborhood Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Requirements: • Must reside in Al-Khadra neighborhood or nearby areas exclusively. • Good knowledge of tires, batteries, and car services. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in using computers and recording/tracking customer data. • Previous experience in car companies or maintenance centers is preferred. • Commitment and ability to work within a team. Note: The accepted candidate will undergo a one-month training at the company headquarters in Karrada – Mashan Complex, then will move to work at the Al-Khadra branch.
