Sales and Customer Relations Employee

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Baghdad. Nature of Work: The job is office-based with full-time attendance at the company headquarters, not a field sales representative position. Responsibilities: • Receiving and following up on incoming clients for the company. • Communicating with clients via phone and social media. • Recording, organizing, and following up on clients. • Understanding the client's needs and explaining suitable services. • Following up with the client and answering their inquiries and objections. • Receiving clients during their office visits and meeting with them. • Participating in sales meetings with management to reach an agreement and complete the sale. • Systematically following up with the client throughout the sales stages. Company Services: Marketing and advertising, photography and content creation, programming, and AI solutions. Requirements: • Actual experience in sales, negotiation, and persuasion. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Ability to understand client needs and explain the value of the service. • Good organization in follow-up and appointments. • Ability to learn the company's services and present them clearly and persuasively. • Commitment to working hours and teamwork. Location: Baghdad – Mansour – Al-Dawodi Working Hours: From 10 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour break Salary: Starts from 500,000 IQD per month + a percentage of sales to be determined based on experience and agreement during the interview.
