Maintenance Technician

A cafe in Hay Al-Hussein announces its need for a Maintenance Technician to join the team. Tasks and Responsibilities: Follow up and maintain all cafe and kitchen equipment. Address electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general malfunctions. Monitor coffee machines, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and equipment. Perform periodic and preventive checks and maintenance. Respond to emergency breakdowns and work to resolve them quickly. Follow up with external technicians and ensure the quality of maintenance work. Monitor maintenance tools and spare parts and report purchase needs to management. Record malfunctions and maintenance work and report important observations to management. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain cafe property and equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance. Good knowledge of electricity, plumbing, cooling, air conditioning, and drainage. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and solve problems.
