Restaurant Manager

Darjah Recruitment Company announces the availability of a job opportunity for one of its clients to join the team in Diwaniyah as: Restaurant Manager. Location: Diwaniyah – University District Working Hours: 10 hours daily – Full-time Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 Iraqi Dinars depending on experience and interview Accommodation: Available for candidates from other governorates. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and follow up on daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Supervise employee performance, assign tasks, and monitor adherence to standards. • Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure speed and quality of service. • Monitor customer service levels, handle complaints, and resolve issues. • Track sales, inventory, and expenses, and reduce waste and operational costs. • Monitor POS/KDS systems and ensure order accuracy. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. • Prepare and follow up on daily reports and the restaurant's operational performance. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management and operations, preferably fast-food restaurants. • Actual experience in leading and managing a team. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. • Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations management. • Ability to track sales, inventory, and operational performance. • Accommodation is available for candidates from other governorates.
