Sales Supervisor

Al-Sunober Company, owner of the brand (Bon Reda Alwan), announces its need for a Sales Supervisor in the Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate. Responsibilities: - Lead the sales team in the Middle Euphrates region, direct them, and follow up on their performance to achieve goals. - Build and develop strategic relationships with key clients, markets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and megamarkets. - Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and develop and implement commercial strategies that contribute to growth and increase market share. - Conduct joint field visits with sales representatives, providing them with necessary support and guidance in the field. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. - Must be a resident of Najaf and able to travel. - Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a sales supervisor. - Possess a public driving license. Salary: Salary starts from 1,500,000 Iraqi Dinars, in addition to monthly and annual bonuses.
