Flowercom Company announces its need for a Telesales Agent to work within the sales team. Requirements: Previous experience in telesales or customer service and sales. Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and build relationships with customers over the phone. Clear voice and professional speaking style. Good knowledge of data handling and Excel. Ability to accurately record and update customer data. Follow up with customers and re-engage them continuously. Ability to handle objections and convert calls into actual orders. An energetic, enthusiastic personality that loves achieving results and goals. Commitment to working hours and teamwork. Experience in: CRM or customer data recording systems is preferred. Following up with customers and reactivating inactive customers. Working towards daily and monthly goals. Preparing simple reports on calls and orders.
