IT Officer

Almutahida Packaging Materials Industries Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced IT Officer to join our growing team and take responsibility for supporting our IT infrastructure, systems, network, and daily technical operations. Location: Al-Hilla – Al-Mahaweel, Babylon, Iraq Salary: Starting from $900, depending on experience and qualifications Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Days: Saturday – Thursday Lunch: Provided by the company Transportation: Company-provided transportation available Key Responsibilities • Provide first- and second-level IT support • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, and IT equipment • Manage Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policies • Configure and troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches • Manage and maintain CCTV systems • Monitor IT assets, inventory, backups, and documentation • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Support cybersecurity and data protection practices • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • Relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Networking • Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server & Networking • Knowledge of CCTV systems and IT security • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and handle technical responsibilities efficiently How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV via WhatsApp: 07890966177 If you know someone who fits this position, please share this opportunity with your network.
