Delivery Representatives Supervisor

Prime for Fast Delivery Company - Baghdad, Al-Dhalal Street announces its need for a Delivery Representatives Supervisor to join the team. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Manage and distribute the tasks of the representatives team and follow up on their attendance and performance. • Follow up on all pickup requests and ensure their completion within the specified time. • Prepare pickup schedules and reassign tasks when needed. • Coordinate between merchants, representatives, support, and the warehouse. • Handle problems, complaints, and emergency situations. • Good knowledge of Baghdad's areas and streets and choosing the best routes. • Use the company system, track shipments, and prepare daily reports. • Proficiency in Excel is considered an important advantage. • Take responsibility and make quick decisions in case of delay or absence. Performance Indicators: • Percentage of pickups completed on time. • Number of unpicked orders and errors. • Productivity and commitment of representatives. • Merchant complaints and speed of problem resolution. Salary is between 700,000 - 800,000 IQD depending on experience. Working hours are from 4 PM to 3 AM.
