Ganaw Group for General Contracting announces its need for an Architectural Designer to join the design team and work from the company's headquarters. Job Nature: Architectural design for buildings, villas, and facades, and developing ideas and designs to suit project and client requirements. Requirements: - Good experience in architectural design. - Experience in designing villas, buildings, and architectural facades. - Ability to prepare and develop architectural plans and details. - High skill in facade design and architectural visualization. - Proficiency in using architectural design software, especially: - AutoCAD - Revit - 3ds Max - SketchUp - Lumion - V-Ray - Enscape - Photoshop - Ability to prepare 3D designs and realistic architectural output. - Strong artistic sense and attention to architectural details and proportions. - Ability to transform ideas and requirements into integrated designs. Conditions: - Good practical experience in the field of architectural design. - Resident of Al-Rusafa side – Baghdad. - Ability to work within a team and adhere to design delivery deadlines. - Seriousness, commitment, and full-time availability.
