Al-Ahli Al-Iraqi Company for Installment and Financing announces its need to add a distinguished competency to its team in Baghdad: Job Title: Legal Debt Collector Work Location: Baghdad - Al-Sa'dun Branch Salary: Ranges between 700,000 to 1,000,000 Iraqi Dinars (determined by experience and competence) + a rewarding collection commission. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Follow up on files of customers who are late in payment and work to recover financial dues amicably and legally. Review financial accounts and installment schedules for defaulters in cooperation with the financial department. Take necessary legal actions and warnings in accordance with the laws and instructions regulating installment and financing contracts. Prepare periodic and detailed reports on collection movement, recoveries, and the legal status of delinquencies. Required Conditions and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law. Very good understanding of financial and accounting operations and following them up with a sound legal approach. Previous experience in financial collection or debt follow-up in financing companies or banks (considered an additional advantage). High negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills, and the ability to deal with complex cases and resolve disputes. Full commitment and the ability to manage time and withstand work pressure.
