Field Sales Employee

Riyadh Oasis Company announces its need for a Field Sales Employee to work inside a construction hypermarket in Al-Hurriya and promote the company's products, including: • Construction materials and tools • Water pumps • Related products and supplies Tasks and Responsibilities: • Be present inside the hypermarket according to the work schedule. • Display and arrange products attractively. • Introduce customers to products, their specifications, and uses. • Provide appropriate advice to the customer and assist them in choosing the product. • Achieve set sales targets. • Monitor product movement and inventory within the hypermarket. • Submit sales reports, market movement, and competitor analysis. • Maintain the company's image and professional interaction with customers. Requirements: • Previous experience in sales or field promotion, preferably in construction materials or pumps. • Good knowledge of products and their specifications, or willingness to be trained on them. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Politeness and good customer interaction. • Commitment and punctuality. • Ability to work in the field and achieve goals. • Preference for those with experience working inside hypermarkets.
