Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervise the daily workflow of the department and ensure efficient task execution. • Distribute tasks to employees and monitor their performance and commitment. • Organize work procedures and improve the efficiency of operations within the department. • Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for management. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve company goals. • Address operational issues and submit appropriate recommendations to management. Qualifications and Requirements: • University degree in a relevant specialization, preferably in Management. • 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with previous experience in supervision or team management. • Leadership and organizational skills, and decision-making ability. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and report preparation. • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
