Facility Engineer

Alayyan Group is looking for a qualified Facility Engineer to join our team in Baghdad & Erbil, Iraq. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field. - 3–6 years of experience in facility management, MEP systems, or building maintenance. - Knowledge of electrical systems, generators, UPS, solar energy, HVAC, and preventive maintenance. - Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; CMMS/ERP knowledge is an advantage. - Flexibility to travel between Baghdad and Erbil or another Governorate site as required.
