Sales Supervisor

Kahraman Brand announces its need for a Sales Supervisor to join the team, to work on developing the points of sale network and supervising the sales team. Location: Baghdad – Al-Bank Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: 900,000 IQD Job Objective: Develop the offline points of sale network, attract new points of sale, increase the spread of Kahraman Brand products, in addition to supervising the sales team, monitoring their performance, and developing their work level. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Develop offline points of sale. 2. Supervise the sales team. 3. Prepare reports and follow-up. Qualifications and Skills: - At least two years of experience in sales, preferably with previous experience in supervising a sales team. - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Ability to build good relationships with clients and business owners. - Ability to lead and motivate the sales team. - A private means of transportation is required.
