Hospital Administrator / Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

A leading health institution in the region is seeking a highly competent surgeon and executive to lead all operational processes, clinical governance, and strategic growth of the hospital. We are looking for a surgical consultant with extensive experience and a proven track record in managing high-level hospitals to achieve operational excellence. Basic Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (Surgical Specialization) + Advanced Degree in Healthcare Management (preferably Master of Hospital Administration MHA or Master of Business Administration MBA). Experience Level: 15 to 20+ years of total experience combining clinical surgical practice and senior executive management. Professional Record: At least 7 years of experience in senior executive leadership positions (Hospital Director, Chief Medical Officer CMO, or Vice President).
