Application Conditions: - 10% of appointments for martyrs' families, political prisoners, victims of terrorism, and popular mobilization. - 5% for holders of higher degrees (PhD and Master's). - Ten bonus points added to the average for graduates of the academic year (1999/2000) and earlier. - (10) bonus points added to the average for children of martyrs of the army and police. - (10) bonus points added for children of retired Ministry of Education employees during 2016. - (10) bonus points added for assigned lecturers.
