Technical Support Engineer

Qualifications: 1 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or any related specialization. 2 - 2 to 5 years of experience in lighting design, technical support for lighting sales, or electrical engineering. 3 - Experience working with good knowledge of (DIALux, Relux, AutoCAD) software. 4 - Ability to conduct field visits, prepare technical documents, and ensure compliance with approved lighting standards. 5 - Proficiency in English at a very good level, with the ability to communicate and write reports and correspondence in English. 6 - Good skills in (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) software. Work Details: First: Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8.5 hours including a 30-minute break). Second: Working days: Six days a week (Saturday to Thursday).
