Clinic Operations Manager

Hire Ready | Recruitment Partner is seeking a leader for one of their clients in the dental and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and operate the center, supervise the team, and ensure a professional and comfortable experience for patients, children, and their families. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations within the center. • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence. • Organize and manage appointments and patient flow. • Ensure proper uniform and overall team appearance. • Supervise the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the center. • Handle patient issues and complaints professionally. • Ensure an excellent reception and welcoming experience for patients, children, and their families. • Address maintenance issues and operational needs. • Manage and follow up on daily administrative procedures. • Participate in recruitment and selection of suitable candidates. • Coordinate between different work teams to ensure smooth operations. • Report observations and challenges to management and follow up on resolutions. Requirements: ▪️ Experience in operations management or managing a center/clinic/hotel or similar service environment. ▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to welcome and engage patients. ▪️ Possess leadership qualities and professional presence. ▪️ Quick-witted, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. ▪️ Organized and meticulous in follow-up. ▪️ Strong administrative and communication skills. ▪️ Experience in recruitment and staff management is a significant advantage. ▪️ Age: 28 – 35 years. ▪️ Residing in or near the Al-Bank area is preferred. Salary: 750,000 – 1,250,000 IQD, depending on experience and qualifications. Working Hours: Working hours and days off will be determined by agreement.
