Café Chain Supervisor

Asr Al Sharq Company announces the availability of a job opening to join its team in Lahn Cafés for the position of: Café Chain Supervisor. We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in managing and operating cafés with the ability to supervise the performance of several branches, follow up on work teams, and ensure adherence to approved operational and service standards. Responsibilities: Supervising the workflow in Lahn Cafés branches and monitoring operational performance. Following up on the performance of branch managers and supervisors, and evaluating the level of commitment and productivity. Ensuring the application of service, quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Monitoring sales and operational performance of branches and working to achieve set goals. Following up on branch staffing needs and coordinating with the HR department. Addressing operational issues, following up on feedback, and taking appropriate actions. Submitting periodic reports on branch performance to management. Contributing to the development and improvement of service levels and customer experience. Monitoring adherence to company-approved operational policies and procedures. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in cafés or restaurants, preferably with experience supervising multiple branches. Actual experience in managing and following up on work teams and operational processes. Strong ability to analyze performance and monitor sales and operational indicators. High leadership skills and ability to solve problems and make decisions. A field-oriented personality capable of continuous branch follow-up. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Preference for those with previous experience in multi-branch café or restaurant chains.
