Receptionist and Content Creator

Al-Kahal Eye Center, located in Karrada near Ibn Al-Haytham Eye Hospital, announces its need for: Receptionist and Content Creator (Reception + Photography). We are looking for a competent, professional, and committed individual to join our team, to manage the reception desk flexibly and contribute to documenting patient experiences and creating visual content for the center. Responsibilities and Job Duties: Reception Management and Patient Service: Receive patients politely, provide consultations on the center's medical services, and direct them to the appropriate department. Efficiently manage the reception desk, accurately enter and document patient data, and follow up on cases to ensure they receive the required service. Photography and Content Creation: Photograph and document daily videos (Stories & Reels) for the center and doctors in coordination with the social media team. Interact and take initiative in proposing visual ideas that reflect the quality of medical services provided. Job Requirements: Full-time commitment: Seriousness and punctuality (must not combine this job with any other work or study). Technical skills: Proficiency in computer use, and experience in photographing and editing content (Stories & Reels). Geographic location: Preferably residing in Karrada or its surrounding areas. Experience: Previous experience in the medical or administrative sector is preferred, with a genuine passion for photography and the ability to work within a team. Work Details and Benefits: Base Salary: 500,000 Iraqi Dinars. Incentives: A percentage of incentives added to the salary (to be determined after the probation period and based on achieving the required target).
