Job Opportunity: Receptionist. Ayass Automotive, the authorized dealer for Al-Mansour Iraqi Cars and official distributor for Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac, is looking to hire a Receptionist for its team in Baghdad. Job Details: Location: Baghdad - Yarmouk (priority will be given to candidates residing on the Karkh side). Job Type: Full-time. Monthly Salary: 650,000 to 700,000 Iraqi Dinars. Responsibilities: Welcoming clients and visitors with diplomacy and a refined professional manner that reflects the company's identity. Responding to incoming calls and electronic correspondence and directing them to the relevant departments. Managing appointments, updating visitor logs, and following up on the interview schedule. Preparing reports, correspondence, and schedules using Microsoft Office programs. Maintaining the order and elegance of the reception area in accordance with company standards. Requirements: Good to very good level in English (spoken and written). Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional and elegant appearance, with high communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in the automotive sector or in reception and customer service fields is preferred.
