Project Development Officer

We are looking for a Project Development Officer with experience and passion for project development. Required Objectives: 1. Negotiate with mall owners, select suitable locations, follow up with decoration companies, and assist us in opening branches in Erbil, Mansour, and Kirkuk. 2. Revitalize social media after a year of inactivity, organize posting schedules, and set a content plan. Also, follow up on order preparation, customer service, and order quality in cooperation with employees. 3. Prepare an integrated visual identity; search for suitable companies to implement the identity and packaging, and design a custom cartoon box for transporting and protecting goods. 4. Open a YouTube channel for children; by searching for a studio, writing content, searching for child models, and setting a plan for channel development. 5. Assist us in developing sales, solving problems, and developing the business. Assist us in analyzing the company's situation. Requirements: - Explain in the five points above how you will execute the work and set an implementation plan. Note: After 3 months, the salary will develop and increase based on performance. The company operates on the Kaizen system (continuous improvement). Work Location: Most of the work will be at our store in Darra Mall, Iraq.
