Pixels Agency is Hiring — Project Manager We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Pixels team, responsible for organizing and monitoring project progress between the team and clients, ensuring that each task is completed on time and with the required quality. Responsibilities: • Organizing and monitoring daily projects and tasks. • Distributing tasks to team members and monitoring deadlines. • Coordinating between Content, Design, Motion, Media Buying departments and the rest of the team. • Following up on client requirements and converting them into clear tasks for the team. • Ensuring that feedback and modifications are implemented correctly. • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Monitoring content calendars, campaigns, and execution stages. • Preparing periodic updates and reports on project status. • Following up on meetings and documenting feedback and next steps. • Identifying any delays or problems in the project and working to resolve them before they affect delivery. • Ensuring the quality of deliverables before sending them to the client. • Maintaining clear and organized communication between the client and the team. Requirements: • A very organized personality capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Good knowledge of the nature of work in Marketing Agencies and social media. • Proficiency in using project management and organization tools is an added advantage. • At least 3 years of experience in marketing agencies. Salary:- From 800-1250, to be determined after the interview. Working Hours:- From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
