We are looking for a capable employee with real experience in managing and developing social media accounts, who is proficient in: Managing Instagram & Facebook accounts professionally, Designing and editing photos and videos, Filming and preparing Reels and video content, Understanding social media algorithms and increasing reach and views, Knowing the best posting times and scheduling content, Analyzing statistics and engagement and developing account performance, Innovating new content ideas to increase followers and sales, Writing captions and choosing appropriate hashtags, Following trends and exploiting them in a way that suits the cosmetics field, Interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
