Real Estate Sales Supervisor and Trainer

Masirat Al-Ibdaa Company for Real Estate Marketing announces the opening of recruitment in Baghdad for the position of Real Estate Sales Supervisor and Trainer. Requirements and Responsibilities: • At least 5 years of experience exclusively in real estate sales. • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in supervising sales teams, monitoring performance, and achieving goals. • Training the team in the field and within the company, and developing their sales skills. • Providing continuous support and guidance to employees and monitoring achievement levels. • Preparing performance and achievement reports. • Possessing high leadership and training skills, and the ability to motivate the team and organize work. Salary: Starting from 1,000,000 Iraqi Dinars, negotiable based on experience and competence. Work Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk, opposite Al-Naji University. Working Hours: From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, may extend based on work requirements.
