Collection Officer

Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial and Banking Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Experience in collections, Accounts Receivable, or accounting is an added advantage. • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Ability to follow up on customer accounts, invoices, and Aging Reports.
