Baghdad International Trading Company – BITCO announces the opening of applications for the position of: Odoo Solutions Sales Employee. If you are interested in sales, building customer relationships, and technology, this opportunity may be suitable for you. We are looking for someone with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical and business solutions using the Odoo ERP system. Key Responsibilities: · Research potential clients and generate new sales opportunities. · Communicate with companies and decision-makers and present Odoo solutions. · Understand customer needs and analyze their business processes. · Provide an initial explanation of Odoo solutions and their features. · Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals in coordination with the technical team. · Manage and follow up on sales opportunities through the CRM system. · Follow up with clients from the prospect stage to the sales opportunity and until the deal is closed. · Build long-term relationships with clients. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities. Requirements: · The job is exclusively for males. · Possess transportation. · Experience in sales or business development. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. · Interest in technology and ERP solutions. · Ability to deal with companies and decision-makers. · Good organizational and continuous customer follow-up skills. · Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. · Previous knowledge of Odoo or ERP systems is a strong added advantage. · Good level of English, especially in technical and business terminology. We are looking for someone who possesses: Sales mindset + Communication skills + Interest in technology You don't need to be an Odoo expert; the most important thing is to have a strong ability to learn and sell, and we will work on developing your knowledge of the system.
