Sawa Pay announces the opening of applications for the position of: Deputy Commissioner Manager Location: Baghdad – Mansour – Al-Amirat We are looking for a strong, capable, and ambitious leader with experience and knowledge in the electronic payment sector and the financial and regulatory environment, to join the management team and contribute to leading and developing the company's business. Tasks and Responsibilities: The Deputy Commissioner Manager will be responsible for supporting the Commissioner Manager in managing the company's business, including: ▪️ Contributing to the management and development of operational processes, ensuring their efficiency and continuity. ▪️ Monitoring the implementation of strategic plans and objectives approved by senior management. ▪️ Coordinating and supervising the performance of departments and units, and tracking KPIs. ▪️ Contributing to ensuring compliance with the instructions and controls of the Central Bank of Iraq and related regulatory requirements. ▪️ Following up on governance, compliance, risk management, and internal control files in coordination with the relevant departments. ▪️ Participating in the preparation and review of administrative, operational, and financial reports, and submitting recommendations to senior management. ▪️ Coordinating and communicating with banks, regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders within the authorized powers. ▪️ Contributing to the development of products, services, and solutions related to electronic payment and financial technology. ▪️ Participating in making administrative and operational decisions and addressing challenges and risks. ▪️ Supporting the development of work teams and fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and achievement. Qualifications and Conditions: ✅ A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the electronic payment sector or related fields. ✅ The applicant must be at least 25 years old. ✅ A university degree in one of the following specializations: Economics | Public Administration | Financial Management | Accounting | Financial and Banking Sciences | Statistics | Law | Information Technology. ✅ Proficiency in spoken and written English. ✅ Good experience in management, operations, and the financial, regulatory, and supervisory environment. ✅ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility. ✅ High skills in communication, negotiation, and building professional relationships. ✅ Ability to work and coordinate effectively with senior management, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
