Field Supervisor for Branches

Responsibilities: • Conduct periodic field visits to branches and follow up on workflow during operating and peak hours. • Follow up on branch readiness and ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures. • Ensure compliance with approved preparation recipes, portion weights, product quality, and presentation methods. • Monitor order speed and accuracy, customer service levels, delivery orders, and delivery applications. • Oversee branch and equipment cleanliness, employee adherence to uniforms, and food safety requirements. • Monitor the performance of branch managers and employees, attendance, discipline, and task delegation. • Identify training needs and guide teams to improve performance. • Monitor material availability and coordinate with the central kitchen to ensure needs are met and shortages are addressed. • Track material receipt, storage, and expiry, and reduce waste and misuse. • Monitor equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs, and coordinate for their resolution. • Address operational issues and customer complaints in coordination with management. • Submit reports on each branch's performance, observations, and violations, and follow up on corrective actions until completion. Qualifications: • Previous work experience in restaurant supervision or branch management, preferably in fast-food restaurants. • Knowledge of restaurant operating procedures, service quality, and food safety. • Leadership skills and ability to monitor multiple branches and evaluate team performance. • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions within defined authorities. • Ability to travel between branches in Baghdad and flexibility in working hours. • Proficiency in report writing and using electronic applications and systems. 📍 Work Location: Baghdad 💰 Salaries start from 900,000 Iraqi Dinars per month, determined by experience and competence.
