Warehouse and Logistics Employee

Robo Iraq announces a job opening for a Warehouse and Logistics Employee. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory, quantities, and conducting stock counts. Coordinating the preparation of purchase orders and communicating with suppliers. Receiving goods and matching them with the purchase order/invoice. Issuing sales invoices and delivery tickets for all order types. Recording entries in the system. Organizing and archiving invoices and documents, and performing inventory checks. Following up on shortages or damages upon receipt and processing returns in the system. Verifying received goods upon arrival and goods sold before order delivery. Monitoring inventory movement. Tracking fast-moving items and reporting to the supervisor. Required Skills: Proficiency in computer usage. Mastery of Office programs. Good English language skills for comprehension and reading. Job Details: Department: Warehouse Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Location: Baghdad - Karrada Khareg - near Abu Afif Sweets. Salary: 600,000 to 900,000 Iraqi Dinars.
