External Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Kruita Home Furniture Company announces its need to hire an External Maintenance Operations Supervisor to work within the after-sales services team. Job Responsibilities: - Supervising home furniture maintenance operations at customer locations. - Scheduling and organizing maintenance appointments and external visits. - Assigning maintenance tasks to technicians and following up on their execution. - Field supervision of maintenance technicians and ensuring work quality. - Following up on after-sales service requests and complaints and working to resolve them. - Coordinating with relevant departments to provide necessary materials or parts for maintenance. - Ensuring adherence to customer appointment times and courteous interaction within their homes. - Monitoring the completion of maintenance work and preparing periodic reports on executed tasks. - Preserving customer property and ensuring the work area is left tidy after maintenance completion. - Contributing to the development of after-sales procedures and services to improve customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative field. - Previous experience in home furniture maintenance. - Experience in after-sales services and customer interaction. - Ability to schedule and organize maintenance work and manage priorities. - Ability to supervise a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in the field and handle work pressure. - Good communication skills and courteous customer interaction. - Proficiency in using computers and basic organizational software. - Previous experience in supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred.
