Warehouse Manager

Al-Ertiyad Company, specializing in the sale and supply of ready-made home furniture, announces its need to hire a Warehouse Manager to supervise the management of the company's main warehouses and organize the processes of storing and supplying home furniture (bedrooms and sets). Tasks and Responsibilities: Full supervision of warehouse management and organization of receiving, storing, supplying, and loading operations. Management of warehouse teams, including warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, inventory staff, and laborers. Organization of the movement of goods in and out according to a clear and accurate inventory system. Follow-up on receiving goods from suppliers and matching quantities with documents and invoices. Supervision of preparing sales orders and coordination with the transportation and delivery department. Preparation of periodic reports on inventory movement and stock levels. Supervision of periodic inventory counts and addressing discrepancies, if any. Development of work procedures within warehouses and improving operational efficiency. Application of safety and organization standards within warehouses. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the furniture or large-item materials sector. High ability to manage work teams and organize logistics operations. Experience in inventory management systems and report preparation. High leadership and organizational skills, and ability to withstand work pressure.
