Al-Suror Information Technology Company announces its need for a Technical Support Specialist to join its team. Job Title: Technical Support Specialist and Accounting Software Installation with Training Work Location: Baghdad, both on-site and off-site. Working Hours: From 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of working after hours with paid overtime. Base Salary: Starting from 600,000 IQD – with additional work allowances based on daily achievement and overtime. Job Overview: We are looking for a committed and accurate individual to fill the position of Technical Support and Installation Specialist, to assist users in solving technical problems, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, and installing hardware and software. Tasks include: Resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Providing effective and quick solutions to users. Supporting the team and clients to ensure optimal performance of systems and software. Responding to user inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar specialization. At least two years of experience in technical support. Previous experience in similar tasks. Ability to develop, learn, and improve work. Ability to understand and communicate with clients at an appropriate professional level.
