Distribution Supervisor

HR Standards announces a job opportunity with one of its clients in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Responsibilities: Supervise daily distribution operations and ensure timely delivery. Manage and follow up with drivers and distribution teams. Coordinate with warehouses and sales, and monitor inventory and returns. Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with food product safety and quality standards. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics. Supervisory experience, preferably in the FMCG and food products sector. Skills in leadership, organization, and problem-solving.
